During my three-month industrial attachment with the County Government of Mombasa ICT Department, I provided IT support and played a key role in the Mombasa Young Program, which captures data and manages the employment of cashier workers in Mombasa County. I gained hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting computers and network systems, including Internet and Wi-Fi issues. This experience enhanced my technical skills in IT support and problem-solving, preparing me for more advanced challenges in the tech industry.
